Portugal Day 4: Belem, delicious strawberries and a giant pineapple

Jeronimos Monastery and a Garden with giant fountain in Belem.
On top of this building they had a viewing platform where I took the following pictures:
on the left (tejo bridge) and
on the right (belem tower).
I had a little ice cream because I was going to belem tower on foot and sometimes all you need is something to cool off your tongue ( which has to taste delicious as well.... ).
I didn't go into the Tower of Belem because the queue was way to long and I would have literally waited 3 hours or so just to get into that tower... so I just took a picture.

Pretty floral trees in the park near Belem Tower.
This is actually a really funny story. I saw a bus on the road which looked really cute because it had a cartoon hippo on it. After about 10 minutes I saw the same bus in the water?!?
Somebody was curious what would happen if you planted a whole pineapple. And this is what you get. A giant pineapple. Nope just a pineapple shaped tree.

Strawberry juice!!! Soo sweet. Soo fruity. Soo delicious. I would have one everyday, if I could, but strawberries here aren't as sweet.
Double stuffed Oreos. I was contemplating on whether or not to take them. I didn't. Really bad idea, as there not in stores here. :(
What have I been eating ??? These strawberries are really sweet. This is probably the reason why my strawb juice was soo delicious.
First day taking the taxi. They just look better...
Vintage cash register. Ok they didn't actually use it, but it really looked good.
Eau de Carmo. Carmo was the restaurant I went to that evening. Delicious food, but I had way to much bread. They kept on refilling the bread basket.
I took a vegetarian mushroom risotto, even though I'm not a vegetarian. I just don't eat meat and fish that often. And I like tofu and veggies. Maybe I'll be one  someday in the future (probably not because I think killing animals in order to eat them is wrong, rather because I don't like cooking meat for hours and hours... ).
