Portugal Day 7&8: Mojito Craze and a really long bridge

 When I woke up on day 7 I had a really bad headache. It was so bad I couldn't look at objects close to me and I had to have my breakfast delivered to my room. A couple of Paracetamols later, I went to an Outlet in the outskirts of Lisbon. The only picture I took that day was on the longest bridge in Europe (it's like 5 or 6 kilometres ).

 Day 8 and I felt better again., so I went to the beach and had a Mojito ice tea

 and some Mojito ice cream.

 When I went out eating I saw this really odd house. It's nothing new that Portugal has a lot of abandoned houses but this one seems like somebody is actually living in one half of this house.

Things I had to eat that evening. I was really stuffed that evening.

Portugal Day 6: Colombo Shopping centre, Creperie and creepy dolls

 Around 10 am I headed to Colombo, which is a humongous shopping centre (You'll definitely get lost a couple of times). They had a cute bakery with loads and loads of biscuits, and all of them just looked terribly good.

 In the 3rd floor they had all their restaurants, including Italian Republic, where I had this wonderful dish. This pizza was sooo good. The crust was hollow and thin, so you kind of had an extra cracker to go with your pizza toppings. They didn't put on crazy amounts of mozzarella and cheese so you had more of the stuff that really matters (when you eat a pizza, obviously).

 That evening, I went to a place called the Creperie, which was a really cute place with loads DIY-ish walls and cute dried flowers in a milk glass.

 As a main dish I ordered a tomato-mozzarella sandwich, which was served on a ridiculously cute plate.

 And because I was at a Creperie (a place that mainly exists on crepes ) I had to take a crepe au citron. Delicious <3.

 After a delicious meal (and with a full tummy ) I did some window shopping in the heart of Lisbon and saw a whole bunch of creepy baby dolls. The thing which you want to see least in the middle of the night, are a bunch of dolls just staring at you through a shop window.

Portugal Day 5: LX Factory Market and incredibly delicious chocolate cake

My day started off with a pasteis de nata , some yoghurt, a glass of water and a mini croissant (which I actually ate with sugar because the jam tasted horribly).

Later that day I visited LX Market at LX Factory. One of the shops was a book store, with way too many books for me to handle...

The place was full of awesome street art and graffiti....

...and this Marilyn Monroe Ave street sign.

A vintage shop with these cute perfume vials was there as well. Just very little people were in this shop because it was separated from the main market by some German film production team...

 This was my favourite shop in the whole market. It's called wish concept store and it has a lot of cute
little things. I literally spent 2 hours in that shop and kept on going out and returning.

They had a shop which sold only chocolate cake and hot beverages and personally I'm not a fan of chocolate cake, but this was definitely an exception.

This chocolate cake is so delicious. The texture was heavenly. And honestly I really don't like chocolate cakes... ( So you really have to eat it !!! )

I saw this really adorable book. Just look at what's written on it. Awwww it's cute and motivational.

I took a "Schnitzel" because you usually can't go wrong with that.

I have to admit that the crème brulee wasn't that good. More like custard cream with burnt sugar coating...
